Casa Coco comfortably accommodates eight guests in its four bedrooms comprised of two spacious master suites and two standard bedrooms. The bedrooms are separated from each other allowing multiple couples or several families to share the villa's facilities while maintaining their individual privacy.

Accessed via its own private arched stairway, Casa Coco's upper master suite is entered through the suite's large balcony and lounging area. Its upstairs location affords the maximum privacy and separation from the rest of the villa. The home's utility room with washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The spacious bedroom area features a kingsize bed, sitting area, large closet and private bath plus multilingual cable television, ceiling fan and individually controlled refrigerated air conditioning.



The suite's balcony faces Banderas Bay and offers unobstructed views of the sun setting into the ocean and Puerto Vallarta's glimmering city lights. This open air area has dual ceiling fans plus table, chairs and chaise lounges. You'll find it the perfect retreat for reading, cocktails, card or board games or simply relaxing.

Casa Coco's lower master suite is entered through the suite's separate exterior entrance off the pool and patio area. It has its own private patio adjacent to the villa's outdoor wet bar and old Moorish fountain. The landscaping and floral gardens surrounding the patio entrance create a sense of scenic tranquility. The suite's location affords complete privacy and separation from the rest of the villa.

The comfortable and spacious bedroom area features a kingsize bed, sitting area, large closet and private bath plus multilingual cable television, ceiling fan and individually controlled refrigerated air conditioning.

Casa Coco's third bedroom is located at the left end of the villa's hall accessed from the living and kitchen area. As with the home's other bedrooms, this location affords individual privacy. It provides reconfigurable sleeping options of a single kingsize or dual twin beds (as shown).

This functional bedroom additionally provides a closet area and private bath plus multilingual cable television, ceiling fan and individually controlled refrigerated air conditioning.

Casa Coco's fourth bedroom is located at the right end of the villa's hall accessed from the living and kitchen area. As with the home's other bedrooms, this location affords individual privacy.
